Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions

The agreement between you and us when you buy from this site.

Last updated: 6 September 2026

1. Who we are

This site is operated by MJ (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading from 16 Oakley Road, Harwich, Essex, CO12 4QZ, United Kingdome.. You can reach us at Email :- info@meeronx.co.uk or (M) 07773886309.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed through this website. By placing an order you accept them. We may change them from time to time; the version in force is the one published when you order.

3. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot supply an item — it is out of stock, or priced wrongly — we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.

We may decline an order. Reasons include stock, delivery restrictions, suspected fraud, or an obvious pricing error.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and shown on the product page. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you pay.

[STATE WHETHER PRICES INCLUDE VAT — e.g. “All prices include VAT at 20%” or “We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.”]

Payment is taken at the time you order, through our payment providers. We do not see or store your card details.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price through an obvious error, we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel.

5. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout. Times are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us. Please check your order on arrival and tell us promptly about damage or anything missing.

Orders outside the United Kingdom may attract import duties, taxes and customs handling fees. These are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.

6. Cancellation, returns and refunds

You have a legal right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of delivery, and a further 14 days to return the goods. Our own policy is more generous. See Refunds and Returns for the full detail, including how cricket bats are treated.

7. Faulty goods and your legal rights

Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you may reject faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund, and after that you are entitled to a repair or replacement. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.

Cricket bats are consumable. Surface cracking on the edges and toe, and marks on the face, are normal wear rather than faults. Damage caused by insufficient knocking in, by facing a hard ball too early, or by use against a bowling machine is not a manufacturing fault.

8. Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can, using information supplied by the manufacturer. Weights, grain counts and colours vary between individual bats, and screen images are a guide rather than an exact match.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Protective equipment reduces the risk of injury. It does not remove it. Cricket carries an inherent risk of injury and you use equipment bought here at your own risk. Check helmets, pads and guards before every use, follow the manufacturer’s guidance, and replace anything that has taken a heavy impact.

10. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password secure and do not share it. Tell us if you think someone else has used it.

11. Intellectual property

The content of this site belongs to us or to our suppliers. Product names, logos and images of the manufacturers whose goods we sell remain the property of those manufacturers and are used to identify their products.

12. Complaints and disputes

If something has gone wrong, email Email :- info@meeronx.co.uk and we will try to sort it out. If we cannot resolve it, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
